AVANI’S first Australian hotel is set to open its doors on Queensland’s Gold Coast in early 2018 with the new AVANI Broadbeach Residences now taking shape.
The $150 million development boasts 219 guest suites including one and two-bedrooms apartments that each feature a lounge, dining room, and kitchen as well as modern appliances and neutral beach-inspired scheme.
The hotel’s recently appointed general manager Brett Hohn is chuffed to be opening the address and is confident the brand will appeal to travellers favouring contemporary style.
