THE HOLIDAY Inn Melbourne on Flinders has received a new look with an extensive renovating changing the character of every guestroom and giving those visiting the city a fresh place to stay in the Victorian capital.
The guest room count has been increased to 209 chambers with the building gutted to create a blank canvas for the architect who crafted a space that caters to the modern traveller with vast floor-to-ceiling windows the most apparent improvement.
“The bathroom, luggage rack, and wardrobe have been purposely designed outside the bedroom space giving guests more of a ‘living room’ feeling while relaxing on new Holiday Inn pillowtop beds,” a hotel media release explains.
“Large HD TVs have been integrated into a stylish wall panel with HDMI and USB connectivity and the new bathrooms feature large showers and an opaque window into the bedroom that means the bathroom is flooded with natural light.”
