AVANI EXPANDS IN BKK
AVANI’S third hotel in Bangkok opened its doors on July 1 with the Avani Sukhumvit Bangkok sitting between the increasingly popular On Nut and Phra Khanong neighbourhoods.
And, just to add to the location credentials, the hotel perches above Century The Movie Plaza Sukhumvit retail complex — with its many shopping and entertainment options — and is just 30 minutes from Suvarnabhumi International Airport.

“Nearby the W District teems with hip bars, restaurants, and galleries and insights into local life can be discovered along the PhraKhanong Canal,” a property media release explains.
“Exploring Bangkok is a breeze thanks to the hotel’s direct walkway to the BangkokTransit System Skytrain line with the city’s buzzing business, shopping and dining destinations a few stations away.”

The address has 382 guest rooms all featuring “clean, crisp colours and designs creating a freshness that rejuvenates guests for the new day” with every chamber enjoying skyline views from wide windows.
There are four guest room categories, increasing in size from 26sq/m to 37sq/m, with some corner suites and the deluxe rooms boasting a bathtub as well as walk-in shower.

All rooms are “spacious and sunlit” with ergonomic furnishings, chairs for lounging, and high-tech entertainment that caters to the whims of modern travellers.
The property also enhances its offerings with the AvaniSpa, AvaniFit which is a modern gym, and rooftop swimming pool.

When it comes to eating Greenhouse offers all-day dining — the menu features “honest culinary delights that cater to all dietary needs” — and there’s an outdoor terrace offering views across the Thai capital.
“Reflecting Avani’s dedication to sustainability, Avani Sukhumvit operates a no-plastic policy while also sourcing ingredients locally for dining options,” the media release notes.
“Breakfast kick-starts the day with a wide-ranging fresh buffet of western and Asian favourites; lunch is a casual affair, perfect for light bites or informal business meetings, and dinner’s menu of modern east-meets-west cuisine is the perfect start to a fabulous night.”
